My paper titled ” Use and Reluctance: A Study of Faculty Reactions To The Use Of eLearning Systems At Kuwait University” aimed to identify factors that influence the adoption of eLearning technologies at Kuwait University. The study examined the research problem from four major dimensions: educational, technical, course-related, and administrative. A qualitative exploratory approach had been undertaken to address the research question. In total, 76 semi-structured interviews were conducted in both science and art colleges ate Kuwait University. The research identified four main dimensions to reflect the current reluctance reason faculty members at Kuwait University are facing.
The conference covered so many topics including knowledge economy, knowledge management tools and techniques, competitive intelligence, collaboration, knowledge creation and sharing, knowledge management strategies and implementation, and knowledge management education.
